* Customer Responsibilities
Entirely contingent upon the customer consistently being current on all invoices and maintaining a continuous full service contract on the equipment covered by this agreement. Any lease buyouts paid by ABP as part of the original transaction must be refunded to ABP prior to executing the money back guarantee or lease cancellation guarantee. ABP must receive your registered letter requesting a refund within 30 days of the original contract date to qualify for the 30 day Unconditional Money Back Guarantee or Lease Cancellation Guarantee.
